Difference between developer and designer

There is common mistake in distinguishing developers from designers.

Developer is a programmer in development of Internet websites and applications. They runs over HTTP from Server side to a browser. The most popular are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Safari and others.

Designer is creative part of a development, with amount of technically incline skills, which uses both attributes to build or redesign websites. The designer has the ability to understand what is needed to make a website functional and easy to use, to improve users interaction. But at the same time make it aesthetically appealing to the user. They are often called Front-End Developers, because they are responsible what the users see. Meanwhile, the developers are responsible for Back-End stuff, what the common users don’t see.

Both jobs are very important to have a great product, with functionality, that actually looks good.
